How to reduce people overbooking conference rooms? Okay so I have a huge issue in my company right now. We have ordered quite a few massive teleprescence rooms from cisco and they are a huge hit. The problem is that since we are offering it to our business units for free initially they are overbooking the rooms which means that they sit idol for hours on end. These rooms cost massive amounts of money and we want full use out of them. What solutions have other companies come up with for this dillemna?

How to makeover a school conference room? My elementary school has a conference room with a mish-mash of items. The soundproofing on the walls is gray (on one wall). The carpet is red - yikes, but no changing that. The room is very dark and dingy with old furniture that does not go together. I'm trying to give it a makeover to make it a calming pleasant place to be - not a dark dungeon. My first thought - chair covers; maybe a table runner in a bright color; and some sort of window treatment with color. One wall is a white board (floor to ceiling), another is the gray soundproofing and the other two are a beige type color (maybe once upon a time white). There are 3 small windows - but being in Alaska it doesn't bring in much light during the winter. Any ideas to make this dark dreary room into a beautiful comfortable space?

A conference room contains three separate wall-mounted spotlights? - right, left and front of stage. Each is controlled by its own on-off switch. in this few week, our chatting conference room has experiencing trouble. It is almost happened to every member So, the main reasons are we know that part of the members inside the conference room are using YM version 9Beta and other part are using the verion 8.
