How to videp conference if I'm using a shared computer with adminitrator password protected?

I want to video conferencing with my friend but I can't install any sofeware like MSN or Yahoo messenger as it was blocked by the administrator.I can not log in my window messenger either. Any way/method to let me video conference with my friends??or any free website that provide video conference services?I need your help urgently...thanks~

1. Simply u may use the Microsoft NetMeeting "C:\Program Files\NetMeeting", I don't know if guests and users are permitted to use it or not, but try it.
