what goes into the daily operations of a cleaninng services business?

my sister has an idea to start her own cleaning services business in South Africa. The only problem is she has not the slightest idea of what she needs to prepare herself for. For example the laws intailed in the running of such a business, the equipment needed and how to go about marketing the company.

1. Set the appointments. Arrange for transportation to the jobs. Buy and stock enuf materials and supplies. Show up on time and ready to work. Bill the customer in a clear fashion. Collect promptly when you finish work. Advertise to find new customers. Hire more people when you get successful. Pay your taxes on time and in-full.
