Business Evaluation Services?

Has anyone tried or currently is a mystery shopper with the Business Evaluation Services? www.mysteryshopperservices.com Is this company legitimate? Are you satisfied/dissatisfied with them? I just need more information... are they a scam? They aren't a part of the better business bureau, and so I'm a little weary of them. Please let me know!

1. stay away ive only heard bad stories there are legit mystery shoppers though so search the BBB for them
2. I am a MS for BES. I love them. They are a member of the MSPA. Their web site is easy to navigate and they ALWAYS pay on time. They have a number you can call and you always talk to a real person. 888-300-8292 it is on the bottom of every page on their web site.
