My company is building an application to provide business locator services...?

My company is building an application to provide business locator services similar to what Yahoo Yellow Pages offers. Does Yahoo offer a fee-based service that will allow my company to access your database of business locations? Please answer ASAP as we need an answer within the next day or so. Thanks! Wally
