What is a good text based chat client that can be used for business conferences?

I am looking for a chat client that can be used between me and two partners. Something that would allow easy registration and the ability to either save the chat, or allow for copy & paste. Free is good ;) Thanks for any help you can provide!

1. check out Webex.com they even offer a free trial. there's also Gotomeeting.com good luck.
